This tap is for Screw Thread Inserts only, they are NOT for tapping a 3/4-16 hole, this is for tapping the hole to install a 3/4-16 insert (sometimes referred to as a helicoil).  This is a STI Tap (Screw Thread Insert).
USED but in good condition.
There is a small chip out of one of the lead taper threads
, it won't affect the operation of the tap, we took close up pictures so you can determine for yourself.
This is an HSG (High Speed Ground) tap.
