    Welcome! This is a darling dress from Ninh Khuong in a
    girls 2T
    .  This is a sleeveless dress in a cheerful yellow cotton with white Tulips scattered all over.  The bodice is hand smocked in pink and green with little rosettes around the peter pan collar.  There is a matching sadh that ties in the back and it has 4 buttons on the back.
    This dress is in excellent condition; there are no holes, stains, or damage.  My home is smoke free.
