This USED Hobart model D340 is a 40 quart floor mixer. It features a 1-1/2 horsepower motor that is meant for heavy operations. The D340 has a built-in 15-minute electromechanical timer and safety interlocking bowl guard. It uses a gear-driven transmission with (3) fixed speeds and has a manually driven hand crank bowl lift that self-locks in any position. The Hobart model D340 is also equipped with a front-mounted standard #12 taper attachment hub.

The 40 quart mixing bowl, the bowl safety guard, (1) dough hook, (1) paddle, (1) whip. Meat grinder attachment can be sold for an extra cost.
