Golden Rum Infusion Kit (1 liter)

Description

This beverage has a luxurious taste notes of spices, herbs, caramel and fruit, which provides a full and rich aftertaste.
You will need:

1000 ml (1 qt) of 40% (80-proof) alcohol, vodka or Neutral Grain Spirit

2 tablespoons of cane sugar
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients of the kit into a jar, add alcohol and let it infuse for 10 days in a dark place, shake daily.
Strain through several layers of gauze, and pour the drink into a jar, put back the prunes and oak chips.
Let it rest for another week, after which – thoroughly filter it.
Set the jar with wood chips to mature, this time for a month. After this period, re-filter and taste.
