Condition: I do not have any hearing aids to fully test this remote but I can tell you that it turns on and the TV and Arrow buttons light up when pressed. The phone button lights up when turned on but not when pressed. unit appears to hold a charge well. Comes with charging dock. Outside of device has gone a bit sticky as all rubberized coatings do over time.
